Congratulations on such a great site! I work for a general men’s health company and we find your site very attractive to advertise with, do you have an email to which I can write you to discuss opportunities more privately?
It is on the lips, minds, and hearts of millions. That’s a good thing — mostly. Am I wrong, however, is my concern that many out there are making judgements and decisions out of ignorance or blatantly invalid reasoning patterns? #justsayin
I’d say you are spot on. Too many comments out there based on personal or political agenda/feelings. Not enough fact seeking and solution-based discussions. Thats why I love what I do. Offer a solution and encouragement.
IN 2010, about 24% of businesses over 1000 employees had some form of onsite clinic or nurse. Many national consultants believe it will grow to over 30% or more by 2014 as businesses will ‘listen’ to ways they can reduce insurance claims, thus premiums and cost of healthcare. ACA is a driving force for many. Some don’t want to ‘wait’ to decide how to keep healthcare costs down. Not to mention giving employees a perk of having an onsite clinic for convenience and quick service.
It’s quite an intriguing concept, Dan. A couple of variations of this model have been bandied about, but none of them took root. I think the public work force simply wasn’t ready for it at the time. We should schedule a chat sometime. Sanantha
