		<description><![CDATA[Great advice Thomas, I lost 70 lbs by doing almost the same things you&#039;re describing. I stopped eating bread and other carbs, pack my lunch,  eat less, drink water instead of sweetened drinks, use smarter portions and, just like you said, learn how to stop eating when you&#039;re no longer hungry, not when you are full. 

Another thing that seemed to work for me was to eat slower. It sounds a little crazy but I would chew my bites of food 100 times and wait several minutes before taking another bite.]]></description>
