Treasure the attention you get as a mom to be.

A mom will say that the pregnancy has moments of ups and downs. In the morning when you wake up you may not feel very good, have cramps, headaches, suffer from acidity and of course that increased weight is not always comfortable also. We understand that pregnancy is mostly about an uphill journey, but why not have some fun during this nine month long marathon? Check out these five ways to do so:

1.    Celebrate the beauty you project:

We have heard that pregnant women are beautiful and have a “sparkle.” And not just a folk tale, it is true! During pregnancy, your body has a greater flow of blood that can cause your face to take a slight blush. Adding to this effect a little extra oil from your glands results in that brilliant look! Many women also feel very feminine and sexy during pregnancy; this is due to the hormones produced in this period.

2.    Enjoy your quiet time:

After the birth of your baby, your life will become very busy. So before it reaches that point of hopping around on your toes, dedicate yourself some time to reflect on your maternity, read a book while caressing your belly or just quietly sing that little song that has so long remained confined only to the bathroom.

3.    Enjoy the attention you receive:

A pregnant woman is always the center of attention! You will receive unsolicited smiles, vows and attention all the time. Just bask in it. You deserve it all!

4.    He treasures his punches and kicks:

The first kicks and elbows of your baby are so wonderful and exciting; you’ll never know until you feel them again! As the baby grows and strengthens, it is rarely an uncomfortable experience. Some pregnant women may experience hiccups also, it is actually very funny. So, just laugh at your own theatrics!

5.    Enjoy planning for your baby:

Many things to think about and a lot of preparations need to be done while you anticipate his arrival. Choose a name, the theme of the decor of your room, the list of what you and your baby need. This planning is very entertaining; it is advisable to involve your partner also because happiness increases when shared.
